Dreaming of exploring New Zealand? The Wairau River New Zealand Trip Sweepstakes gives eligible participants the chance to win an incredible trip for two to New Zealand, including a visit to Wairau River Winery.

One lucky winner will receive a vacation package with airfare, hotel accommodations in Blenheim and Auckland, a $500 travel stipend, and an opportunity to enjoy a tour and lunch at Wairau River Winery.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Grand Prize

One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two people—the winner and one guest age 21 or older—to New Zealand.

The total approximate retail value of the grand prize is up to $7,000.

The prize includes:

• Round-trip coach airfare for two from the nearest major airport to the winner's home to the designated airport serving Auckland/Blenheim, New Zealand;
• Two nights of standard hotel accommodation in Blenheim, New Zealand;
• Three nights of standard hotel accommodation in Auckland, New Zealand;
• $500 travel stipend, provided as a prize check or gift card from a sponsor-designated provider; and
• An opportunity for the winner and guest to participate in a tour and lunch at Wairau River Winery.

Hotel accommodations may include sponsor-designated properties such as Chateau Marlborough in Blenheim and Grand Millennium or Hotel Britomart Intercontinental Auckland, subject to availability.

Travel dates and arrangements will be determined by the Sponsor and are subject to availability and blackout dates.

Explore Wairau River Winery

The grand prize offers the winner and their guest an opportunity to visit Wairau River Winery in New Zealand as part of the trip.

The winery experience includes a designated tour and lunch, with the winner and guest required to be present at the location, date, and time specified by the Sponsor.

Failure to attend the designated winery experience will result in forfeiture of that portion of the prize, with no alternate prize or compensation provided.

Sweepstakes Dates

The Wairau River New Zealand Trip Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026.

The winner is expected to be selected in a random drawing on or about November 3, 2026.

All travel must be completed by December 14, 2027, subject to the Official Rules and Sponsor-designated travel dates.

Who Can Enter?

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who:

• Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Have a valid U.S. driver's license or government-issued photo ID
• Meet all other eligibility requirements in the Official Rules

Employees and certain representatives of Wairau River Wine, Terlato Wine Group, Million Dollar Media, participating companies, alcohol-beverage retailers, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and related agencies are not eligible.

Immediate family and household members of excluded individuals are also ineligible.

How to Enter

There are two convenient ways to access the entry page.

You can scan the QR code displayed on applicable promotional materials using a mobile device, or visit the official Wairau River sweepstakes website during the registration period.

Complete the online registration form with the required information, which may include:

• Full name
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• State of residence
• Other requested information

After reviewing and accepting the Official Rules, submit the completed entry.

Bonus Entries

After submitting an entry, participants may receive a personalized URL that can be shared with others.

For each person who completes an eligible entry through the participant's personalized URL, the original participant can receive an additional bonus entry toward the grand prize drawing.

Sharing is optional and is not required to enter. Participants who share their link on social media must disclose the sweepstakes-entry purpose by using #sweepsentry, as specified in the rules.

Entry Limit

Participants may submit a maximum of one entry per person per day, regardless of entry method, except for the bonus entries described in the Official Rules.

Automated entries, mechanically reproduced entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, and attempts to exceed the stated entry limits are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Important Travel Requirements

The winner and guest must each have a valid passport with an expiration date at least six months after the scheduled return date.

The winner and guest must also meet applicable travel, airline, hotel, and government requirements.

The winner and guest are responsible for expenses not specifically included in the prize, which may include:

• Meals
• Ground transportation
• Airport and hotel transfers
• Parking
• Gratuities
• Checked baggage fees
• Airline seat-selection fees
• Hotel resort fees
• Travel and departure taxes
• Incidental expenses
• Applicable taxes
• Travel insurance and other personal expenses

The winner is also responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Winner Notification

A random drawing will be conducted on or about November 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will initially be contacted by phone and/or email.

According to the Official Rules, the Administrator must successfully reach and speak directly with the selected potential winner by phone within 48 hours of the initial notification attempt. If unsuccessful, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

Phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.

The selected potential winner must confirm eligibility and their ability and willingness to accept and travel for the prize.

The winner will also need to complete required documentation, including a prize acceptance form, eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release where applicable, and W-9 form.

Travel Deadline and Blackout Dates

The trip must be completed by December 14, 2027.

The Official Rules list certain blackout periods, including:

• December 15, 2026 – January 15, 2027
• March 1, 2027 – May 7, 2027

Travel dates, airlines, departure times, hotels, and other arrangements are subject to Sponsor determination and availability.

Important Prize Details

The stated maximum retail value of the trip is $7,000. If the actual value of the trip is lower than the stated value when purchased and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded to the winner.

No alcoholic beverage is included as part of the prize.

The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and any changes to booked travel arrangements are the responsibility and expense of the winner.
