Sweepstakes Prize
One grand-prize winner will receive a package for themselves and one guest that includes:
Round-trip coach air transportation for two to Las Vegas, Nevada, from a qualifying major commercial airport nearest the winner's primary residence.
Two-night hotel stay for two in Las Vegas, checking in May 19, 2027, and checking out May 21, 2027.
Two Premium tickets to see Santana at House of Blues Las Vegas on May 20, 2027.
Dinner for the winner and guest at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.
The prize does not include expenses such as ground transportation, hotel amenities, gratuities, airline baggage fees, premium-seat fees, personal expenses, souvenirs, or other costs not specifically listed in the prize.
Sweepstakes Entry Period
The entry period begins on September 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET.
Limit: One entry per eligible subscriber. Multiple entries submitted by the same person can result in all entries being void.
Who Can Enter?
This is not open to the general public.
To participate, you must:
Be a legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
Be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Be a current SiriusXM subscriber with an active trial, paid, or ad-supported subscription plan as of September 27, 2026.
Certain SiriusXM, Live Nation, artist, venue, agency, and related employees and their immediate family members are excluded.

Santana Las Vegas Concert Experience
The grand prize centers around Santana's scheduled performance at House of Blues Las Vegas on May 20, 2027.
The winner and guest will receive two Premium tickets to the event, along with a hotel stay and dinner at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
The event date and location are subject to change, and tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, assigned, exchanged, or otherwise transferred.
Winner Selection
One grand-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing expected to take place on or about November 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted by telephone using the information provided during entry.
If the winner does not answer, a message will be left. The selected winner must respond within one day of the message being left and provide a valid email address for the required prize documentation.
The winner must also return required documents, including a Declaration of Eligibility, Publicity & Liability Release and, if required, an IRS Form W-9, within one business day of notification. Failure to meet the deadline may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
The guest must be at least 21 years old at the time of travel.
Important Travel Conditions
The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and comply with all applicable travel, venue, event, and artist policies.
If the winner cannot travel on the required dates, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability, and blackout dates or other restrictions may apply.
If the event or travel is cancelled or delayed, SiriusXM's obligations are limited as described in the official rules, and no alternative compensation is guaranteed.

Information submitted through the sweepstakes will be provided to SiriusXM and handled according to its privacy practices. SiriusXM may use submitted information to contact entrants regarding SiriusXM goods, services, offers, and promotions.
The telephone number submitted with the entry will be used to contact potential winners and verify eligibility.
